The approach we take for each and every client is completely individual; we tailor our service to meet your needs. Carers will be either qualified or working towards a Health & Social Care NVQ, CRB checked and have two written references.

Carebank run a supply of bank staff that is operational 24 hour a day, which means we are operational at the same time as your business. We aim to fit in with your specific staffing needs and be as flexible as possible.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

In order to deliver a quality service Carebank partner a dedicated training and qualification organisation to ensure our candidates receive up to date care training. As part of our offer, care organisations can link into training and qualifications at a discounted rate, giving you a complete recruitment package.

SUBS BENCH

CRB checked Carebank candidates are on standby to allow for sudden increases in your requirements. We endeavour to get a Carebank staff member to you within an hour of your call

'TEMP TO PERM'

The twelve week 'temp to perm' route is a huge advantage to your company as you can 'try before you buy'. The contract with the Carebank temporary worker can be cancelled at any stage.
